Jan 16, 2018 Bought Garageband in 2012 for 1st Gen iPad, have lots of stuff saved in the app, etc., some of which I have successfully shifted to desktop over time, however, not everything. Was working on something today in Garageband on the iPad, and the app crashed, would not open, no matter what, kept crashing, so I backed up the iPad, then deleted the app, in hopes of redownloading, then restoring iPad with the files.
