The Numark Mixtrack Pro II is still a MIDI controller, even if it is designed to plug and play with Serato DJ/Intro. Numark do provide a Traktor Pro 2 and a Virtual DJ map for the Mixtrack Pro II, and the basics are all set out in exactly the same way as you’d expect them to be with the basic functionality in Serato DJ Intro copied more. Everything is as explained in the manual except for the FX buttons becasueMixxx only have one effect. FX1 is the flanger and FX2, FX3 and TAP arehigh frequency kill, mid frequency kill and low frequency kill.
Press the files knob to change between folder and file mode, back is unusedat the moment.

The three knobs on the top left are LFO Intensity, depth and delay. Topright are unused.
Top row of pads flash when channel clipping occurs (too loud).

Register the Numark Mixtrack 3
- Navigate to Numark.com and click on My Account. If you already have an account, log in. If you do not, please create an account.
- Enter the following information and register your product.
Download and Install Virtual DJ 8 LE
- Copy the License Code as you will need it later and click on the Virtual DJ link under the MixTrack 3.
- Sign In your Virtual DJ account. If you do not have an account, please create one.
- Click on My Licenses. Paste or enter the License Code located on your Numark Account. Press OK.
- The download link and serial number will be displayed. Copy the Serial Number as you will need it later and click on the download.
- Enter or paste the Serial Number as the KeyCode and press OK.
- Click on the Virtual DJ download for Windows.
- Once the download is finish, open the installer.
- Run the installer file.
- Install Virtual DJ 8 on your computer.
- Once the software is successfully installed, run the Virtual DJ software.
Authorize Virtual DJ 8 LE
Numark Mixtrack 3 Setup
- Log Into your Virtual DJ account.
- Press OK on the Limited Edition Warning.
- Go to setting (config) and click on the Licenses tab.
- Click on the LE Mode (limited features).
- Restart your Virtual DJ 8 LE software.
Your software is now unlocked! Enjoy using your Mixtrack 3 with Virtual DJ 8 LE!
